haha!! its been a while since i've caught Yan Can Cook on Channel 5! I'm actually in Tariq's hall now watching NUSwebcast of it! hilarious man.. this episode's got Martin Yan the man himself and a guest appearance, Sara (who's an ang moh cook) Both of them are like fighting bout who's got the better dishes!

Sara: I've got the brocolli going here
Yan: And i've got the CHINESE brocolli! (its actually KAI LAN)

Sara: WOW~ martin, why are these dumplings called "pot-stickers"??? (guo tieh)
Yan: Oh~ Coz they stick to the pot! <in your FACE!!!!>

Yan: I'm gonna use your dumpling broth
Sara: Who said you could use MINE!?
*and Yan just scoops it up, not giving her a fruck*

hahahahaha... well ever heard of the saying "Too many cooks spoil the broth"??? haha!
